2. 2 Board of Water and Power Commissioners report relative to Board Resolution No. 024 102, approving the Letter Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company for the purchase of real property located adjacent to Tinemaha Reservoir near Big Pine, Inyo County.
3. 3 City Attorney report and draft Ordinance relative to the transfer of surplus money from the Power Revenue Fund of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to the Reserve Fund of the City during Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
4. 4 City Administrative Officer report relative to authority to apply for the California Energy Commission's Clean Transportation Program grant for the Energy Incentive for Zero-Emission Commercial Vehicles (EnergIIZE Commercial Vehicles): Drayage Fleet and Transit Set-Aside Funding Lane Proposal.

6. 6 Motion (Lee – McOsker) relative to instructing the Bureau of Sanitation to report on the Solid Resources Collection Fleet Telematics Pilot Program's findings that includes details regarding the extent to which each participant in the pilot program met the requirements as well as recommendations related to the implementation of a telematics system into the City's Solid Resources Collection fleet, and related matters.
7. 7 Bureau of Engineering report relative to a request for authorization to execute grant agreements with, and accept grant funds from, the Wildlife Conservation Board and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife for the Los Angeles River Fish Habitat Pilot Project.
8. 8 Motion (Raman, et al. – Soto-Martinez) relative to identifying funding and an accelerated project completion for the Valley LA River Way.
9. 9 Motion (Raman - Blumenfield) relative to the LA RiverWay Phase IV optimization of safety by eliminating mixed modal uses, addressing the short-term gap of completing a cycling route from the western terminus of the project, and addressing the long-term gap of having the LA RiverWay off-street facility traverse the CA-134 freeway.
10. 10 City Attorney report and draft Ordinance relative to amending Sections 64.70.01, 64.72, and 64.72.05 of Article 4.4, Chapter VI of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to update processes related to low impact development and stormwater approval for the construction of housing, and related matters.
11. 11 City Attorney report and Ordinance relative to authorizing the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Sanitation, to use the progressive design-build project delivery method and the competitive sealed proposal selection process consistent with City Charter Section 371 (b) for the construction of the Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant Primary Equalization Basin and future Groundwater Replenishment projects and related services.
