3. 2 The City Council Closed Session meeting of March 26, 2024, was called to order by Mayor Craig at 9:04 a.m. Present: Council Member Hothi, Council Member Nakanishi, Council Member Yepez, Mayor Pro Tempore Bregman, and Mayor Craig Absent: None Also Present: Interim City Manager Keys, City Attorney Lucchesi, and City Clerk Nashed NOTE: Council Member Bregman left the meeting at 12:01 p.m.

8. 6 At 9:05 a.m., Mayor Craig adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matters. The Closed Session adjourned at 1:44 p.m.
