- 27 Council Member Hothi made a motion, Mayor Pro Tempore Bregman second, to adopt Resolution No. 2024-113 approving the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Financial Plan and Budget; approving the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Appropriation Spending Limit; approving the classifications, job descriptions, and salary ranges for four new positions; and approving the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Investment Policy. VOTE: The above motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: Council Member Hothi, Council Member Yepez, Mayor Pro Tempore Bregman, and Mayor Craig Noes: None Absent: Council Member Nakanishi
