6. 4 Council Member Nakanishi made a motion, second by Council Member Hothi, to approve the following items hereinafter set forth, except those otherwise noted, in accordance with the report and recommendation of the City Manager. C.2 Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Outreach Ministries International for Operations of the Temporary Access Center and Emergency Shelter for One Year with Option to Extend up to One Year in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,100,000 Annually, and Execute Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with The Salvation Army for Food and Laundry Services to Extend Services for One Year with Option to Extend up to One Year in an Amount Not to Exceed $160,000 Annually (CD) 24-434

14. 12 Council Member Hothi made a motion, second by Mayor Pro Tempore Bregman, to adopt Resolution No. 2024-174 authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Outreach Ministries International for operations of the Temporary Access Center and Emergency Shelter for one year with an option to extend up to one year in an amount not to exceed $1,100,000 annually, and execute Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with The Salvation Army for food and laundry services to extend services for one year with an option to extend up to one year in an amount not to exceed $160,000 annually.
