  8. 6 At 3:03 p.m., Mayor Craig adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matters. The Closed Session adjourned at 3:42 p.m.

($9,866,433), and Execute Change Orders up to ($600,000) for Construction of the Lodi Access Center and Emergency Shelter (Access Center) and Execute A Professional Services Agreement For Construction Management and Construction Testing to Bickford Ventures, Inc. a California Corporation Doing Business As Division 1 Construction Management Services ($182,200) and Special Inspection Services to Terracon ($30,020) (CD) 24-484
  11. 8 At 3:47 p.m., Mayor Craig reconvened the City Council meeting, and City Attorney Lucchesi disclosed that there was no reportable action. The Special City Council meeting of November 19, 2024, was called to order by Mayor Craig at 3:47 p.m. Present: Council Member Hothi, Council Member Nakanishi, Council Member Yepez, Mayor Pro Tempore Bregman, and Mayor Craig Absent: None Also Present: City Manager Carney, City Attorney Lucchesi, and City Clerk Nashed At 3:47 p.m., Mayor Craig called for a recess, and the City Council meeting reconvened at 4:00 p.m.

  15. 12 Mayor Pro Tempore Bregman made a motion, second by Council Member Hothi, to adopt Resolution No. 2024-184 awarding the contract and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Bobo Construction, Inc., in the amount of $9,866,433, and execute change orders in an amount not to exceed $600,000 for the construction of the Lodi Access Center and Emergency Shelter (Access Center) and execute a Professional Services Agreement for construction management and construction testing to Bickford Ventures, Inc., a California Corporation doing business as Division 1 Construction Management Services, in the amount of $182,200, and a Professional Services Agreement for special inspection services to Terracon in the amount of $30,020. VOTE: The above motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: Council Member Hothi, Council Member Nakanishi, Council Member Yepez, Mayor Pro Tempore Bregman, and Mayor Craig Noes: None Absent: None VOTE 4-0 SOMEONE ABSENT
