3. 2 The City Council Closed Session meeting of April 30, 2025, was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore Yepez at 5:05 p.m. Present: Council Member Craig-Hensley, Council Member Hothi, Council Member Nakanishi, and Mayor Pro Tempore Yepez, Mayor Bregman Absent: None Also Present: Acting City Manager Jaromay, City Attorney Lucchesi, and City Clerk Nashed NOTE: Council Member Hothi and Mayor Bregman participated in the media via teleconference.

8. 6 At 5:06 p.m., Mayor Pro Tempore Yepez adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matters. The Closed Session adjourned at 6:42 p.m.

10. 8 At 6:42 p.m., Mayor Pro Tempore Yepez reconvened the City Council meeting. Outside counsel, Adam Lindgren, reported that Council received information and provided direction. There is no other reportable action.
