9. 7 JP Doucette, President of the Lodi Chamber of Commerce, spoke regarding Item B.1. VOTE???? At 1:40 p.m., Mayor Bregman adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matters. The Closed Session adjourned at 3:09 p.m.
