Carney (City Manager) from Office; Continuing the Suspension of the City Manager from Duty: Continuing the Appointment of the Acting City Manager; and Providing an Effective Date and All Other Purposes.

9. 7 At 1:34 p.m., Mayor Bregman adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matters. The Closed Session adjourned at 2:37 p.m.
