  6. 6 Part-Time Employee of the Month - This month Staff recognizes Part-Time Department Services Aide, Risana Nowel, as an integral part of the Beach Enforcement Division of the Community & Library Services Department. Risana is celebrated for her dedication to her job, commitment to building strong relationships with downtown businesses and the approach she takes in fostering community trust and collaboration. 25-806
