Via Computer as an attendee: To raise your hand click the Raise Hand icon on the bottom of the Zoom window. When you click the Raise Hand icon, a hand icon will appear next to your name that will notify the host your hand is raised. You will also see the hand icon turn green. When you want to lower your hand, you can click the hand icon again and your hand will be lowered. When you are called upon to speak the Zoom platform will ask you for permission to unmute your mic. If you encounter any issues, please use the call-in option below. 2. Via phone call using cellphone or landline: When the Zoning Administrator meeting begins, call in to the conference line. When the Zoning Administrator starts to discuss the item you wish to comment on, Press *9 to raise your hand. 6. 1. Humboldt County Department of Public Works Coastal Development Permit and Special Permit Assessor Parcel Number: 517-131-013 Record Number: PLN-2024-18877 Big Lagoon area A Coastal Development Permit for facility rehabilitation and accessibility improvements at Big Lagoon County Park. Improvements are proposed in the day-use area and campground to make restrooms, parking stalls, pathways, representative campsites, and associated amenities compliant with accessibility standards. Four existing single-post signs are also proposed to be replaced with three wooden information kiosks. In addition, an outdoor rinsing shower will be installed. The building footprint of each restroom is approximately 360 square feet and will not change as part of the project. The project will occur in areas that are currently paved, have had grading, are currently landscaped, or have had prior vegetation disturbance. Grading as well as approximately 2,800 square feet of concrete will be required under the project. Total area of disturbance is estimated at approximately 10,000 square feet. A Special Permit is required for Design Review. 24-806 recommended for approval
