The only ways to guarantee that your comment is received and considered by the Board of Supervisors are to attend the meeting person or submit your comment in writing in advance of the meeting.

Please state your name and the agenda item number you will be commenting on. You will have 3 minutes to comment. On Public Comment for Non-Agenda Items you will be limited to 2 minutes. Please turn off your TV or live stream to avoid delays. All public comment submitted after the agenda has been published will be included with the administrative record after the fact.
