  17. 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
  18. 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
  19. 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
  20. 4. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the AB 1600 report on development fee activity that occurred during Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2023.
  21. 5. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a three-year agreement with LANAIR Technology Group Inc. for a not-to-exceed contract amount of $109,421 for cyber and system security and data protection software licensing and support.
  22. 6. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to amend the existing agreement with Pacific Products & Services. LLC in the amount of $30,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $250,000 for the purchase of traffic signs and sign materials.
  23. 7. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to amend the current contract with G & M Automotive Center, Inc. in the amount of $75,000 for a new not-to-exceed contract amount of $575,000 for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  24. 8. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize a City Council Bidding Override exemption for the purchase of one Case skip loader, by authorizing the City Manager to enter an agreement with Sonsray Machinery, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of $130,000.

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to approve an amendment of $24,500 to the existing contract with Champion Fire Systems, Inc. for a total revised not-to-exceed contract amount of $74,500 for fire riser inspection and repair services for City and Water District facilities. 21-567
