  17. 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, February 6, 2024. 21-588
  18. 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
  19. 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
  20. 4. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to renew the City's subscription to Nutanix Xi Leap Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) from Xentegra, for a not-to-exceed amount of $49,674. 21-582

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to approve an amendment of $7,000 to the existing contract with Guardian Records Management and Storage (Guardian), for a revised not-to-exceed contract amount of $92,200, for the storage, maintenance, and destruction of City records. 21-580

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District (HWD) authorize the City Manager to approve the procurement of one (1) 2024 Chevrolet Colorado mid-size 4 x 4 truck for the Production Program, awarding the bid to Victorville Chevrolet, and enter into an agreement for the not-to-exceed amount of $41,047. 21-581

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to approve a contract with Dr. Jaime Velasco in the not-to-exceed amount of $42,500 for spay, neuter procedures and telemedicine for animals in the care of the City’s animal shelter. 21-587 approved Pass ▶ jump to 58:17
