- 24 JOINT CONSENT CALENDAR
- 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
- 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
- 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
- 4. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a three-year agreement with Granicus Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $248,048 to provide maintenance and licensing for the Legislative Management Suite (Legistar), video streaming services, and Government Transparency Suite.
- 5. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to enter into a one (1) year agreement with C Wells Pipeline in a not-to-exceed amount of $240,000, for the purchase of Mueller Water Products.
- 6. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council 1) approve an Amendment to the existing contract with AnGenious Engineering Services, Inc. (AES) for the Ranchero Road Corridor Widening Project Phase III Construction Management Services, in the amount of $3,424,141 including a 10% contingency of $342,414.10, for a revised not-to-exceed contract amount of $10,469,733; 2) approve a one-year contract extension; and 3) authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the amendment to the Agreement and any other necessary documents related thereto.
- 7. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council 1) adopt Resolution No. 2024-30 approving Amendment No. 2 to Cooperative Agreement No. 11- 424 (Agreement) between the City and San Bernardino County (County) for the Ranchero Road Corridor Widening Project and 2) authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment to the Agreement and any other necessary documents related thereto.
- 8. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to approve an amendment to the existing contract with Townsend Public Affairs for an additional $84,000, for a revised not-to-exceed contract amount of $168,000 and approve a one-year contract extension for State and Federal Legislative Advocacy services.
- 9. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve Joint Resolution No. 2024-32 and Resolution No. HWD 2024-12, confirming parcels of land upon which unpaid fees for services, and abatement costs remain, and Joint Resolution No. 2024-33 and Resolution No. HWD 2023-13, requesting that San Bernardino County place the unpaid fees for services, and abatement costs on the property tax rolls.
- 10. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Hesperia and DesertXpress Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Brightline West, for the DesertXpress Enterprises High-Speed Rail Hesperia Local Rail Services Station.
- 11. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Housing Authority (HHA) and Hesperia Water District (HWD) adopt Joint Resolution No. 2024-26, HHA 2024-05, HWD 2024-09 approving the City’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Revised Combined Compensation Schedule.
