  19. 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, August 20, 2024. 21-785
  20. 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
  21. 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a three (3) year agreement with CivicPlus, LLC in an amount of $174,144, plus a 10% contingency on the website redesign component in the amount of $2,916, for a total not-to-exceed $177,060, to provide website redesign and hosting, content management software, and online hosting and maintenance for the codification of the City’s Ordinances. 21-782
  22. 4. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-42 approving the Measure I Five Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Expense Strategy for Fiscal Years 2024/25 - 2028/29. 21-783
  23. 5. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to enter an agreement with Sonsray Machinery, LLC. for the purchase of one (1) 2024 Case Backhoe in the not-to-exceed amount of $185,000. 21-786
  24. 6. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to approve a contract amendment, in the amount of $24,806, with Place Labs Inc. (Placer AI), for a total not-to-exceed amount of $70,931, to provide an additional year of retail demographic data for the Economic Development division. 21-771
