  17. 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, October 1, 2024. 21-837
  18. 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Haaker Equipment Company for the purchase of one (1) 2025 Vactor Freightliner 2112 in the not-to-exceed amount of $711,716. 21-820
  20. 4. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Sonsray Machinery, LLC. for the purchase of one (1) 2024 Case 621G wheel loader in the not-to-exceed amount of $201,360. 21-805

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with H L Hitchcock Construction to repair or replace sidewalks in seventeen (17) locations citywide in the amount of $109,190 and approve an additional 10% contingency of $10,919 for a not-to-exceed amount of $120,109. 21-838

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Doane and Hartwig Water Systems for the purchase of sixteen (16) Constant Chlor MC-4 chlorinators in the not-to-exceed amount of $260,939. 21-822

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District (District) authorize the City Manager to enter into a two-year software license and maintenance agreement with Azteca Systems, Inc. in a not-to-exceed amount of $121,700. 21-821
  24. 8. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Mayor and Council Members adopt Resolution No. 2024-49 approving the Measure I Five-Year Capital Project Needs Analysis submittal to the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) for Fiscal Years 2025/26 through 2029/30. 21-824
