Recommended Action:
Place on second reading and adopt by title waiving the text of Ordinance No. 2021-06: Title 12, Chapter 12.12 adding Section 12.12.180 of the Hesperia Municipal Code regarding implementation of a Trench Moratorium.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to enter into a one (1) year agreement with Core & Main in a not-to-exceed contract amount of $240,000, for the purchase of Mueller water products.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Special Meeting held Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

Approve the reading by title of all ordinances and declare that said titles which appear on the public agenda shall be determined to have been read by title and further reading waived.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve a fund of $3000 for Oak Hills High School to
create an art project on campus to further the beautification and encourage school spirit that the
class of 2024 can leave behind for future bulldogs.

It is recommended that the City Council approves the Sultana High School art installation and
provides the student representatives with the funds necessary to complete the project.
