  20. 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the Local Agency Special Tax and Bond Accountability Act Reports (SB 165) for Communities Facilities District (CFD) 2005-1 (Belgate Development Restructuring), CFD 2021-1 (Residential Maintenance & Services), CFD 2022-1 (Non-Residential Maintenance & Services), and CFD 2023-1 (Silverwood Maintenance & Services) for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2024. 21-897
