- 20 JOINT CONSENT CALENDAR
- 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
- 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
- 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
- 4. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with PB Loader Corporation for the purchase of a 2025 Freightliner with a Swaploader conversion for a not-to-exceed amount of $273,000 which includes a contingency of $23,362 for unanticipated retrofit modifications.
- 5. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approve the completion and operational acceptance of the I-15 Corridor Sewer Lift Station. The Lift Station is fully operational, and all construction work has been completed. The facility is now under a one-year warranty.
- 6. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District adopt Resolution No. 2025-03 accepting the public improvements for Tract Map No. 20046 located on the west side of Maple Avenue, 290 feet south of Muscatel (Applicant: Harris Homes Inc).
- 7. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-04 approving Final Tract Map No. 17915-2 to create 205 Single-family Residential lots and 5 Lettered lots on approximately 35.15 gross acres within the low density residential (LDR) zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the north side of Mojave Street and the south side of Valencia Street, west of Topaz (Applicant: NV Hesperia Investors, LLC APN: 0405-052-37).

- 8. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a sole source Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Animal Shelter Services, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of $40,000 for an on-site animal shelter evaluation.
- 9. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt the 2025 Legislative Platform consisting of Legislative Policy Statements and Funding Priorities.
