  17. 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District. 22-322

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to approve an amendment of $427,750 to the existing contract with Data Ticket, Inc., for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $880,000, and extend the contract through June 30, 2027, for the continued management and collection of citations, cost recovery, appeals, and additional hearing officer services for Code Enforcement, Police, Building and Safety, and Animal Control. 22-549

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Housing Authority (HHA) and Hesperia Water District (HWD) adopt Joint Resolution No. 2026-33, HHA 2026-05, HWD 2026-12 approving the City’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 Revised Combined Compensation Schedule. 22-515
  20. 5. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to allow the County of San Bernardino to exercise its first optional five-year lease extension for the Hesperia Branch Library located at 9650 Seventh Avenue. 22-541

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District adopt Resolution No. 2026-40 accepting the public improvements for Tract 17980-1 located on the east side of Topaz Avenue and south of Mission Street. (Applicant: FH ll, LLC.) 22-547

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-35 amending Final Tract Map No. 18955-3 to create 122 residential lots on approximately 50.72 gross acres within Tract 18989-2 Lot 3, Planning Area 3 of the Tapestry Specific Plan (Applicant: Silverwood Development Phase l, LLC). 22-548

Approve the purchase of materials for the Traffic Signal- Seventh Avenue and Sequoia Street, C.O. 7173 project in amounts not to exceed $209,780 with American Right-of-Way, Inc. and $49,423 with SWARCO McCain, Inc.; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements and any other necessary documents for the purchase with American Right-of-Way, Inc and SWARCO McCain, Inc. 22-538
