Speaker slips should be turned in prior to the public comment portion of the agenda or before an agenda item is discussed. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board Members of the Hesperia Water District (District) authorize the City Manager to approve an amendment of $30,000 to the existing contract with Global Power Group, for a total revised not-to-exceed amount of $80,000 for emergency generator repairs. 22-546

Recommended Action: Adopt the revised Joint Resolution No. 2026-42 and Resolution No. HWD-2026-15, superseding the previously presented resolutions, confirming unpaid enforcement and abatement costs, and authorizing the placement of these costs on the Fiscal Year 2026-27 San Bernardino County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector Annual Property Tax Roll. 22-554 ▶ jump to 23:18
