  4. 4 The Public Comment section provides an opportunity to address the Library Commission on items not listed on the agenda. The Commission welcomes your comments and requests that speakers present their remarks in a respectful manner, within established time limits, and focus on issues which directly affect the Library Commission or are within the jurisdiction of the Commission as the Commission is prohibited by State law from discussing items not listed on the agenda, your item will be taken under consideration and may be referred to staff.
  5. 5 HOW TO SUBMIT WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENTS:
  6. 6 Members of the public are invited to submit any comments via email to Library@Hayward-ca.gov by noon (12:00 PM) on the day of Commission Meetings. A report of all written comments received within the specified time period will be distributed to Library Commission members via email prior to the start of the meeting.
