Consider and take action on one of the following options: Option 1: Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Agreement with Integrated Voting Systems, Inc., dba Integrated Voting Solutions, for ballot printing, vote by mail processing, vote by mail envelopes, and other mailer services, effective November 7, 2023 to June 30, 2024, not to exceed $1,645,000; or Option 2: Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Agreement with Pro Document Solutions, Inc., dba ProVoteSolutions, for ballot printing, vote by mail processing, vote by mail envelopes, and other mailer services, effective November 7, 2023, not to exceed five consecutive years, which includes a three-year base contract and two optional one-year extensions, total not to exceed $8,000,000
