Retroactively approve and authorize the Department of Social Services (DSS), Sheriff-Coroner-Public Administrator (Sheriff), and Probation’s (Departments) previous submittal of a grant application to the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) Justice-Involved Capacity Building Program Round 2; and approve and authorize the Director of DSS, Sheriff, and Chief Probation Officer or their designees, to electronically sign and submit the Acknowledgement of Grant Terms and Conditions form, and execute any documents necessary with DHCS to accept and collect the grant in the amount of: a. DSS: $599,494, b. Sheriff: $1,002,290, c. Probation: $73,631; adopt Budget Resolution increasing FY 2023-24 appropriations and estimated revenues for the Sheriff-Coroner-Public Administrator’s Org 3111 in the amount of $1,002,290 (4/5 vote); and adopt Budget Resolution increasing FY 2023-24 appropriations and estimated revenues for Probation Org 3440 in the amount of $73,631 (4/5 vote)
