Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a retroactive Multi-County Partnership Agreement with University of California Cooperative Extension and Madera County for education and research programs provided to the residents of each participating county, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2033 ($676,141 - first year); and Authorize the County Administrative Officer or their designee to approve and execute future annual contract amendments on behalf of the County that do not change the terms and conditions of the original agreement, other than to commit the funding for the agreement as approved by your Board in each respective Adopted County of Fresno Budget, subject to review and approval as to legal form by County Counsel and as to financial form by the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer Tax Collector
