Make a finding that it is in the best interest of the County to suspend the competitive bidding process consistent with the exception to Administrative Policy No. 34, for “unusual or extraordinary circumstances,” as Granicus, LLC currently provides webhosting services for the County and is the only vendor which can provide continued, licensing, maintenance, and support for the existing software products and County websites; and Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Agreement to amend, restate, replace, and supersede existing Purchasing Agreement with Granicus, LLC, retroactive to that Agreement’s effective date of February 7, 2022, to continue web hosting and maintenance services for the County, not to exceed five consecutive years, which include a one-year base term with four optional one-year extensions, and increasing the maximum Agreement cost by $1,305,000, for a potential five-year cost not to exceed $1,500,000
