Retroactively approve, ratify, and authorize the Sheriff’s previous submittal of a grant application to the State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) 2023 Alcohol Policing Partnership Program ($97,719) and approve and ratify any and all of Sheriff’s or his designee’s actions related thereto; approve resolution authorizing the Chairman to execute a retroactive Award/Agreement 23-APP17 with ABC for the project period from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 ($97,719); and authorize the Sheriff, or their authorized representative, to sign claims for reimbursement and activity reports for this retroactive Agreement
