Kings Canyon Road and S. Cedar Avenue, Fresno, CA, commonly known as the old University Medical Center Campus (APN 461-020-03T), pursuant to Resolution 23-314 adopted by your Board on September 19, 2023 to sell such surplus real property at a minimum sale price of $6,000,000; and Authorize the County Administrative Officer and/or the Director of Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to execute the Sale Agreement, Grant Deed, Lease Agreement, and any other documents associated with and necessary for the sale, subject to review and approval of such documents as to legal form by County Counsel and as to financial form by the Auditor Controller/Treasurer Tax Collector
