Approve and adopt Integrated Pest Management Policy that is part of Fresno-Clovis Stormwater Quality Management Program, Pyrethroid Management Plan, previously approved by County, Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District, City of Fresno, and City of Clovis, (collectively, Co-Permittees), which Plan requires Co-Permittees to work with each other regarding Plan, and upon approval, this IPM Policy will supersede draft IPM Policy approved by your Board on October 25, 2022; and authorize Director of Public Works and Planning to submit IPM Policy to Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District, who will then submit all of Co-Permittees’ IPM Policies to State of California Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water Board); and authorize Director of Public Works and Planning, Director of Internal Services/Chief Information Officer, and Agricultural Commissioner, including their respective designees, acting either alone or together, to take any and all other necessary or appropriate actions, that each of them determines to be in County’s best interest in order to work with other Co-Permittees and Central Valley Water Board, and any other interested parties, for a successful implementation of IPM Policy
