Retroactively approve and authorize the Director of Internal Services/Chief Information Officer’s previous submittal of a grant application to the California Public Utilities Commission for the Local Agency Technical Assistance (LATA) grant ($999,643); Approve and authorize the Director of Internal Services/Chief Information Officer, or their designee, to execute the required Consent Form and Government Agency Tax Payer ID Form; and Authorize the Director of Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to submit requests to modify to the County’s LATA grant work plan, and to execute any document necessary with the California Public Utilities Commission to affect any potential changes to the LATA grant work plan
