Retroactively approve, ratify, and authorize the Sheriff, or his designee, to execute the agreement between Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office and Fresno County Sheriff’s Office for Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) equipped law enforcement agencies to share law enforcement information, executed on November 19, 2019, which may be terminated by giving the other Agency Party at least ten (10) days written notice
