Planning Director's report on Planning Commission actions at the June 22, 2023 meeting: (a) Wayfinding Sign Program. Consideration of a recommendation to the City Council to approve a citywide pedestrian and bicycle wayfinding program.* (b) Objective Standards. A study session to review proposed changes to the Planning Regulations and Design Guidelines to streamline the development review process for multifamily and mixed use residential projects requiring ministerial approval to comply with State law.** * The Wayfinding Sign Program is scheduled for consideration of approval by the City Council on July 5, 2023. ** The Objective Standards are scheduled for a City Council study session on July 5, 2023.
