- 3. Recommending the Executive Committee: a. Receive a presentation on the Public Safety Realignment Strategic Plan Recommendation by Rane Community Development; and b. Approve Stakeholder Interview Findings Document; and c. Approve the Planning Recommendations Two-Page Document for the Public Safety Realignment Local Action Plan; and d. Discuss and approve Recommended Next Steps to Complete the Strategic Plan and Develop the Funding Plan; and e. Discuss recommended future Funding and Accountability Adhoc Committee.

- 5. Recommending the Executive Committee: 1. Discuss and approve additional Fiscal Year 2023/2024 budget considerations for the following items: a. Probation, electronic monitoring line item, increase Community Corrections (AB109) Budget by $175,000; b. Alternate Public Defender add line item for annual training funds to the Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget in the amount of $6,000; c. HHSA Community Services add line item for new client service devices, increase Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget in the amount of $6,000; d. Probation add line item for domestic violence fee reduction pilot project to the Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget in the amount of $5,000; 2. Review and approve the revised recommended Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget; and 3. Review and approve the revised recommended Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget; and 4. Approve Chair to submit the revised recommended Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget, related Implementation Plan, and revised recommended Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget to the Board of Supervisors.
- 6. Recommending the Executive Committee: a. Discuss 2024/2025 Community Corrections Budget Strategy for a One-Time Fund Balance Utilization to Reduce General Fund Contribution b. Authorize Chair to designate up to $1M in Fund Balance Reserves for the 2024/2025 Community Correction Budget to cover additional CCP expenditures and full indirect costs for Probation and the Sheriff’s Office
- 7. Recommending the Executive Committee; 1. Receive Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget presentations; 2. Review, modify if needed, and approve the recommended Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget; a. Authorize the Chair to modify the Implementation Plan narrative based on approved budget. b. Approve Chair to submit the recommended Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget and related Implementation Plan to the Board of Supervisors.
- 8. Recommending the Executive Committee; 1. Review, modify if needed and approve the recommended Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Community Corrections Planning & Implementation Budget. 2. Approve the Chair to submit the final recommended Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Community Corrections Planning & Implementation Budget to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
