- 12 Panel Discussion with: 1. Elizabeth Fedor, Health Educator and Riann Giovacchini, Mental Health Program Coordinator with EDC Probation Juvenile Treatment Center - discussed what they do and their process as well as programs at the Juvenile Treatment Center in South Lake Tahoe. Open discussion around the Panelist Questions provided by the commission. 2. Cheyanne Lane and Susie Stitch from Tahoe Youth and Family Services - introduced themselves and described their organization and programs they provide. Open discussion around the Panelist questions provided by the commission.

- 14 Commission Member(s) Term expiration this year: Mario Guerrero - Chair Hannah Ware - Secretary Mario Guerrero discussed the need to get the word out about this commission and gain members to support the work it does. He may be stepping down as Chair of this Commission. Hannah Ware's term is up for renewal. She mentioned stepping down as well. El Dorado County Superior Court Judge Leanne Mayberry was in attendance virtually and shared her support of this commission and intent to continue to attend meetings.
