- 1 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS: The meeting will be open to the public. The meeting will also be live-streamed via Zoom. Although the County strives to offer remote participation, be advised that remote Zoom participation is provided for convenience only. In the event of a technological malfunction, the only assurance of live comments being received by the Commission is to attend in person. Except for a noticed teleconference meeting, the Commission reserves the right to conduct the meeting without remote access if there is a malfunction. September webinar pertains to CalAim Roll Out. She talked about OYCR partnering with Mass Design - research backed approach to physical space to make institutions more homey.

- 10 REPORTS Judges Comments (5 minutes) - NO REPORTS Juvenile Treatment Center-Deputy Chief Probation Officer/Assistant Deputy Chief Probation Officer (5 min) - 10 youth in custody (8 male 2 female) No use of force to report. New carpet installed in both pods. New furniture on order. Ribbon Cutting for the Lake Room - New De-escalation Room. Can self refer and up to 45 min a session Chief Probation Officer (10 minutes) - Finalizing the consolidation to a single DPO Classification (not separated into institution and field, now one classification). No longer a detention division now ADCPO Juvenile - Beth Borovich and ADCPO Adult - Kyle Heller. Institution and Field compliment each other. This has been 5 years in the making. The industry is moving in this direction. Now have DPO I, DPO II, and DPO III. Required matrix to move to DPO III can apply for DPO III not just promote.
