- 2. Recommending the Executive Committee recognize Gary Romanko for his dedicated service to the El Dorado County Probation Department.
- 3. Recommending the Executive Committee: a. Receive a presentation on the Public Safety Realignment Strategic Plan Recommendation by Rane Consulting; and b. Review and approve the recommendations to the Public Safety Realignment Strategic Plan.
- 4. Recommending the Executive Committee receive an update on the Probation Community Outreach Resource and Engagement (C.O.R.E.) Trailer.
- 5. Recommending the Executive Committee discuss the impacts of Proposition 36.
- 14 FUNDING MATTERS
- 6. Recommending the Executive Committee: a. Receive fiscal report on Fiscal Year end 2023/2024; and b. Receive fund balance report through 6/30/2024.
- 7. Probation recommending the Executive Committee discuss and approve additional Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget considerations for a pilot sex offender counseling program to the Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget for $50,000.
- 8. Probation recommending the Executive Committee discuss and approve additional Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget considerations for office infrastructure for Sacramento County Office of Education, El Dorado County Office of Education, and Division of Adult Parole Operations to the Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget in the amount of $20,000.

Sheriff's Office recommending the Executive Committee discuss and approve additional Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget considerations for inmate medical services with California Forensic Medical Group (Wellpath) to the Community Corrections (AB109) budget from $277,138 to $850,000 for a total increase of $572,862.
- 10. Sheriff's Office recommending the Executive Committee discuss and approve additional Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget considerations for El Dorado County's portion of a Transportation Application Development Fee to the Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation budget in the amount of $4,367.
- 11. Recommending the Executive Committee: a. Discuss the 2025/2026 budget kickoff; and b. Discuss a date for the next Community Corrections Partnership meeting.
