1. 1 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS: The meeting will be open to the public. The meeting will also be live-streamed via Zoom. 14. 14 Representative Chris Weston from Coalition for Overdose Prevention and Education (C.O.P.E.) - presentation about Youth Action Council upcoming community fentanyl awareness events featuring free screenings of the documentary Fentanyl High. Budget $5K for 2 events - In Kind donations to support. Approx $2500 per event (venue, food) - two theaters with an expert panel at each to help answer questions. Youth Action Council - ongoing support for youth in our community. Funding goes towards internship support and future events. JJDPC consideration for donation to support C.O.P.E and the Youth Action Council with these events - support documents and additional information sent and will be added to the March agenda for a vote
