- 2. Probation recommending the Executive Committee to allocate $20,000 to the Implementation Budget for the CCC Space Reconfiguration in FY 2025/2026 from Item 24-2055 that was not carried over from FY 2024/2025.
- 3. Sheriff's Office recommending the Executive Committee to allocate $27,533 to the Community Corrections (AB109) Budget in FY 2025/2026 for Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) in the South Lake Tahoe Jail.
- 4. Recommending the Executive Committee receive a mid-year update on the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Community Corrections (AB109) and Implementation Budget.
- 5. Recommending the Executive Committee: a. Receive Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget presentations; b. Review, modify if needed, and approve the recommended Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget; c. Review, modify if needed, and approve the recommended Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Implementation Budget; d. Authorize the Chair to modify the Implementation Plan narrative based on approved Budget; e. Approve the Chair to submit the recommended Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget and related Implementation Plan to the Board of Supervisors for acceptance.
