1. 2 Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 8, 2025.
2. 3 Each person wishing to speak before the Planning Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Planning Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. 3. 5 1033 B Avenue (PC 2025-05 and CP 2025-02) – Request for a Minor Special Use Permit and Coastal Development Permit to allow for a change of occupancy to establish a church within the third story of an existing structure at 1033 B Avenue and Determination that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under Section 15332 of the State CEQA Guidelines.
