3. 5 1054 Isabella Avenue (PC 2024-01) – Consideration of a Request for a One-Lot Tentative Parcel Map to Allow for Condominium Ownership for Four Residential Units and Determination that the Project is Categorically Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15332 for Property located at 1054 Isabella Avenue.
