  1. 2 Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 10, 2024.
  2. 3 Each person wishing to speak before the Planning Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Planning Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting.   3. 5 Recommendation: That the Planning Commission recommend the City Council adopt "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Coronado Amending Portions of the Coronado Municipal Code Related to Time-shares".
