2. 3 Each person wishing to speak before the Historic Resource Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Historic Resource Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting.
