2. 3 Each person wishing to speak before the Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. 4. 6 Cancel Regular Meeting of the Cultural Arts Commission on January 2, 2025 and reschedule for Thursday, January 12, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. Site to be determined. – Chair Deb Kaller

6. 8 The next regular meeting of the Cultural Arts Commission is scheduled for January 2, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. If the meeting is canceled it will be moved to December 12, 2025. However, all agenda items and enclosures are due on Friday, December 27, 2024 due to the holidays.
