1. 2 Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 10, 2024.
2. 4 Each person wishing to speak before the Design Review Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Design Review Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. 3. 5 250 Prospect Place (DR 2024-16) – Request for exterior design approval for new signage at Sharp Coronado Hospital located at 250 Prospect Place in the Civic Use (C-U) Zone, and a determination that the Project is categorically exempt from the California Environmetal Quality Act pursuant to State CEQA Guideline 15311(a). This item was continued from the July 10, 2024 Design Review Commission hearing at the request of the applicant.
4. 6 A copy of the agenda with the background material is available for public inspection in the office of Community Development at City Hall, at the Public Library or on our website at coronado.ca.us. Writings and documents regarding an agenda item, received after official posting and distributed to the Commission for consideration, will be made available for public viewing at the Community Development Department at City Hall, 1825 Strand Way, during normal business hours.
