1. 2 Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 11, 2024.
2. 3 Each person wishing to speak before the Planning Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Planning Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. 3. 5 1123 Eighth Street (PC 2023-07 and CP 2023-05) – Request for a Major Special Use Permit and Coastal Development Permit to Allow for the Shared Use of a School in an Existing Religious Assembly Hall, and Determination that the Project is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15303(c).
