1. 2 Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 12, 2024.
2. 4 Each person wishing to speak before the Design Review Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Design Review Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. 3. 5 DR 2024-14 178 Orange Avenue – Request for design approval for an exterior remodel including the placement of five signs at the existing commercial building located at 178 Orange Avenue in the Commercial Zone and a determination that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15301. This item was continued from the June 12, 2024 meeting.
4. 6 A copy of the agenda with the background material is available for public inspection in the office of Community Development at City Hall, at the Public Library or on our website at coronado.ca.us. Writings and documents regarding an agenda item, received after official posting and distributed to the Commission for consideration, will be made available for public viewing at the Community Development Department at City Hall, 1825 Strand Way, during normal business hours.
