1. 2 Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 22, 2024.
2. 4 Each person wishing to speak before the Design Review Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Design Review Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. 3. 5 1110 Orange Avenue (DR 2023-20) – Request for exterior design approval for the removal of a sign and the replacement of an existing window with a new door at 1110 Orange Avenue in the Commercial Zone of the OACSP (Orange Avenue Corridor Specific Plan), as well as a determination that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15303. This item is continued from the May 8, 2024 hearing. The Commission requested a continuance to allow the applicant time to redesign the material of the proposed exterior door.
