- 3 MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY: None.
- 5 All items listed under this section are considered to be routine and will be acted upon with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the City Council or the public so requests, in which event, the item will be considered separately in its normal sequence.
- 6 Each person wishing to speak before the City Council on matters not listed on this agenda shall approach the City Council, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. - 7 Update on Council Directed Actions and Citizen Inquiries. (Informational Item)
- 8 Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and adopt "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Coronado, California, adopting a revised schedule for a Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program Fee to mitigate the impacts of development of residential units on the San Diego Regional Transportation Arterial System for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25, increasing the existing uniform transportation mitigation fee by 4.9%, from $2,741.97 to $2,875.06 for each newly constructed residential unit."
