2. 3 Each person wishing to speak before the Street Tree Committee on matters not listed on this agenda shall approach the Committee, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting.
