2. 3 Each person wishing to speak before the Planning Commission on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the Planning Commission, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City's website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting. 3. 5 Consider Adoption of the Draft Revised Housing Element Update for the 2021-2029 Housing Element Planning Period, including General Plan Amendments to the Housing Element and Land Use Element, Environmental Assessment Pursuant to Government Code Section 65759, Zoning Ordinance Amendment, Local Coastal Program Amendment, and Orange Avenue Corridor Specific Plan Amendment and Authorize Submittal to the State Department of Housing and Community Development and the California Coastal Commission.
